London Plan Fire Statement

Delta Fire Engineering can assist with collation of a fire strategy in support of Policy D12 of the London Plan. 

This report details how a scheme meets the specific requirements of Policy D12(A) or D12(B) of Chapter 3 of the London Plan 2021. We work closely with the design team and planners to highlight areas of the design that represent an approvals risk, and work to develop solutions that ensure the requirements of the policy are met. 

We then produce a report outlining the key fire safety elements of the scheme. We have developed London Plan Fire Strategies for developments across London and can also attend site to help develop and validate fire engineered solutions.
